Buffalo Chicken Dip:
1 can of chicken (or two boiled, shredded chicken breasts if you're the Betty Crocker type)
~1/4 cup of ranch dressing
~1/4 cup hot sauce (I prefer Moore's, but anything will suffice)
**I never actually measure, just pour until it looks good**
Mix all ingredients together and put in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle Monterrey Jack Cheese on top and broil in the oven until bubbly.
